Refunds & Exchanges
If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.
Exchanges requests should be made within 3 days after receiving the order.
Designers reserve the right to decline an exchanges request if it is not made within the 3 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting an exchange.

- Once the designer approves the exchange, please return the item(s) within 1 working days.
- Once the designer receives and verifies the condition of the item(s), they will send the agreed-upon exchange item(s) to you within 3 working days.
